Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Cull-Pro is a browser-based photo culling and editing application. This policy explains what we store when you use the app at app.cull-pro.com and this website at cull-pro.com, and how we handle it. In short: we store your photos so you can access your projects anywhere, and we do not sell your data or use your photos for anything other than providing the service to you.

2. What we store for you

• Your photos. When you import photos into a project, the original files are uploaded to secure cloud storage associated with your account, so you can reopen a project from any device. Deleting a file or project in the app removes the corresponding stored files.
• Project data. Project names, filenames, file sizes, and your culling decisions (keep, reject, hide) are stored in our database.
• Edits. Adjustments, crops and rotations are stored as per-file settings so your work is saved and synced. Originals are never modified.
• Client galleries. If you publish a project as a client gallery, the rendered gallery images (with your edits and any watermark baked in) are stored in your account, and lightweight link statistics — view count, last opened and download count — are recorded for you.
• Account data. Your email address and authentication credentials, plus basic account preferences.

3. Where processing happens

Photo decoding, previewing and editing run in your web browser, on your device — camera RAW from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Panasonic and 40+ formats in total is decoded locally in a background worker, along with standard image files. Uploading a file to your account's cloud storage happens for storage and cross-device access. We do not process your photos on our servers, we do not inspect your images, and we do not use your photos to train any models. Gallery images for client delivery are also rendered by your browser before upload — RAW decoding never runs on your client's device.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never seen or stored by Cull-Pro. We receive only subscription status information (for example, whether a plan is active or trialing) and billing identifiers needed to manage your plan.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service, each receiving only the data needed to perform their function:

• Cloud infrastructure & storage — hosting, file storage and delivery of your uploaded files.
• Authentication & database — account sign-in and the project metadata described above.
• Stripe — subscription billing and the billing portal.
• Email delivery — transactional and support emails (for example, replies to the contact form).

6. Cookies & analytics

Cull-Pro does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers, and we do not sell personal information. The app uses only what it needs to function — chiefly storing your sign-in session so you don't have to log in on every visit.

7. Retention & deletion

You can delete individual files, projects, or your entire account from within the app. Deleting your account removes your projects, uploaded files and account records. Billing records may be retained where required by law. If you'd like help with a deletion, contact us and we'll action it.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, uploads are authenticated and scoped to your account, and storage limits are enforced server-side. No system is perfect — if you discover a security issue, please tell us at support@cull-pro.com.

9. Your rights

You can access, download and delete your photos and project data directly in the app at any time — your originals are always downloadable. For access to, correction of, or deletion of other account data, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. International processing

Cull-Pro uses cloud providers that may process data in the United States and other regions. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate contractual safeguards with those providers.

11. Children

Cull-Pro is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you by email or in the app.
