Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cull-Pro website and application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cull-Pro is a browser-based photo culling and light editing application. You import photos into projects, review them with fast keep/reject/hide decisions, apply non-destructive adjustments, and export deliverables. Your originals are stored in cloud storage associated with your account so projects can be reopened from any device. The Service requires an internet connection and an active or trialing subscription. You can also publish a project as a private client gallery link, with optional password, watermarks, expiry and download permissions — links are shared by you, and client galleries are delivery-only (no client accounts).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are single-user; do not share your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your payment method is charged. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal; changes generally apply from the next billing cycle, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant Cull-Pro the limited rights necessary to store, transmit, and display your files solely to operate the Service for you (for example, saving originals to your cloud storage and generating previews in your browser). You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the rights to it.

Keep your own backups. Cull-Pro is a working tool, not a guaranteed archival service. Always retain independent backups of your original files. Do not treat cloud storage as your only copy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, or using the Service to infringe the rights of others.

7. Storage Limits

Each plan includes a specific amount of storage, enforced by the Service. If you reach your limit, uploads will be blocked and you'll be prompted to upgrade or free up space. Storage limits are shown on the pricing page and your usage page.

8. Availability & Changes

We work to keep the Service available and improving, and we may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including its software, design and branding, belong to Cull-Pro. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not grant any rights to our trademarks, logos or source code.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cull-Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms. On termination, your stored projects, files and account records are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
